The standard payroll reports

Bank schedule, PAYE, pension, journal, variance and reconciliation — straight from an approved run.

Every approved run produces a report pack: the **bank schedule** (who gets paid what, grouped by bank), the **PAYE** schedule (by state, with YTD), the **pension** schedule (by PFA, with employee and employer contributions), and a **journal** export for your accounts that balances to zero.

Two more keep you safe: the **variance report** (this run versus last) and the **reconciliation** report (net ties back to the disbursement total). All export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
