The standard payroll reports
Bank schedule, PAYE, pension, journal, variance and reconciliation, straight from an approved run.
Every approved run produces a report pack: the bank schedule (who gets paid what, grouped by bank), the PAYE schedule (by state, with YTD), the pension schedule (by PFA, with employee and employer contributions), and a journal export for your accounts that balances to zero.
Two more keep you safe: the variance report (this run versus last) and the reconciliation report (net ties back to the disbursement total). All export to PDF, Excel or CSV.
