Build a custom report (no code)

Pick a data source, choose fields, filter and group — then export or chart it.

Open the **report builder**, choose a data source (employees, pay runs, payslips, leave, loans, expenses and more — your own custom fields appear automatically), then pick the columns you want.

Add simple filters, group and aggregate (sum, count, average), and the builder produces a table and an optional chart. Save the definition to reuse it, and export to PDF or Excel. No SQL, no data team.
