These terms apply when you use the vintageerp.com website. Please read them before using the site.

1. About these terms

The website at vintageerp.com is run by Vintage Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Vintage People, Vintage ERP and our other services are governed by the customer agreement each customer signs with us, which applies to those services instead of these terms.

2. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our products, use our free tools, read our content and contact us. When you use it, you must not:

  • break the law or help anyone else to do so
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people's data
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt how the site works
  • send false, misleading or automated form submissions
  • copy large parts of the site by automated means, or reuse our content in a way these terms do not allow
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us

We may block access to the site if we believe these rules have been broken.

3. Our content, calculators and guides

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but laws, tax rates and statutory rules change, and our content may not reflect the latest position.

Our calculators, such as the PAYE calculator, give estimates based on the figures you enter and the rules we have built in. Our guides, blog posts, glossary and help articles are general information. None of it is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser, and check figures against the official rules before you rely on them.

Product descriptions and prices on the site are for information. What you buy, and the price, are set by your quote and customer agreement.

4. Intellectual property

We, or the people who license material to us, own the content of the site, including its text, graphics, logos, product names and software.

You may view, download and print pages for your own business or personal use, and share links to them. You may not copy, sell or republish our content, or use our logos or product names, without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Availability and changes to the site

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free from errors.

7. Our liability

The site and its content are provided free of charge and as they are. To the extent the law allows:

  • we give no warranty that the content is accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose
  • we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its calculators or its content
  • we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Nigerian law, including liability for fraud.

How we use personal data you give us through the site is explained in our privacy notice and cookie notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
