A two-stage model: what each role can see, and what it can do.
Access is role-based in two stages: first what a role can see (which menus and sections), then what it can do within them (view, create, approve, and so on), mapped to your organisation structure.
Vintage ships 10 built-in roles (Organization Super Admin, Payroll Admin, Payroll Officer, Auditor, Approver, HR Admin, Manager, Accountant, Employee (ESS) and Read-only) plus role packs to start from. Clone any role and adjust the permission matrix. Each permission can be scoped to a person's own records, their team, records assigned to them, or all records.
