Encryption, isolation and a full audit trail — the short version.

Sensitive identifiers such as BVN, NIN and TIN are encrypted field-level and masked in exports by default. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and each organisation's data is isolated in its own database schema rather than sharing one big table.

Every action — a payroll run, an approval, a role change, a login — is recorded in an immutable audit trail you can filter and export. See the Security page for the full picture.
