NSITF

Employer contribution (1% of payroll) to the Employees' Compensation Scheme.

The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund administers the Employees' Compensation Scheme. Employers contribute 1% of total monthly payroll to cover employees against workplace injury, disability or death. It is an employer cost, not an employee deduction.
