Earned-Wage Access (EWA)

Letting employees draw pay they've already earned before payday.

Earned-Wage Access lets an employee access a portion of wages they've already earned ahead of the normal payday, with the amount recovered at month-end. It's a financial-wellness benefit that reduces reliance on payday lending.
