Tax certificate

An employee's annual statement of pay received and PAYE deducted.

A tax certificate is an employee's yearly statement of the pay they received and the PAYE deducted from it, used as proof of tax paid for loans, visas and personal records. In Vintage People certificates are drawn from the same approved runs as the payslips, so the PAYE total matches the year's payslips. Staff download their own from self-service.
